The petitioner is an accused in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022. It has been alleged that one Subham Kumar had accepted that he had embezzled an amount of Rs.54,18,500/- supposed to be deposited in the ATM. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and Subham Kumar had the responsibility to deposit the cash in the ATM but it appears that the main allegation of embezzling the said amount has been attributed to Subham Kumar. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.03.2026. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (T) P.S.
