2. Mr. Anadi Sharma, appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 submits that he has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as respondents No.2 and 3 are already represented through their counsel, therefore, application for exemption from paying process fee to respondents No.2 and 3 be allowed.
4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, application for exemption from payment process to respondents No.2 and 3 are allowed and petitioners are exempted from paying process fee to respondents No.2 and 3.
5. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representations (Annexure P-13 collectively) within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that though he is not aware of the facts of the case and if petitioner is only seeking for decision on the pending representation, if representations are still pending considered it will be considered in accordance with law.

Looking to the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, at this stage it is disposed of directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

8. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands
