JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 16/01/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application has been filed by the sister of the petitioner before the Jail Authorities to transfer the petitioner from Central Jail, Kota to Open Air Camp Bundi. It is submitted that aforesaid application was submitted on 25.11.2025 but no order has been passed in this regard. He thus prays that respondents may be directed to pass an appropriate order. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, this criminal writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents to pass an appropriate order on the application filed by the sister of the petitioner on 25.11.2025 [2026:RJ-JP:1801] (2 of 2) [CRLW-45/2026] within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
