The petitioner is an accused in connection with Galudih P.S. Case No. 01 of 2026. The husband of the informant was murdered by unknown persons. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of Abhishek Kumar, Vikas Dubey and Haradhan Singh and the said Haradhan Singh has been granted bail in BA No. 3415 of 2026. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that at time of incident, the petitioner was in custody in connection with another case. Learned senior counsel submits that there are no eye witnesses to the occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been implicated. He adds that the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. However, considering the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner was in custody when the incident had occurred, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Ghatshila in connection with Galudih P.S.
