Hazarika, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondent. 2. This interlocutory application was filed on 10.07.2024. 3. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, namely, Mafiz Ali @ Mafiz Uddin, who is the petitioner in the connected WP(C) No. 469/2018, has prayed for extension of time to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bongaigaon in terms of order dated 10.05.2024 passed in the said writ petition to take bail. The reasons assigned in this interlocutory application is that the applicant was suffering from chest pain, for which he could not come to Guwahati take certified copy of the order and appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bongaigaon and take bail. 5. On perusal of the medical prescription issued by the attending doctor, the said doctor has diagnosed blood pressure of the applicant as 90/50. With such blood pressure, the applicant was prescribed the following medicines: i. Tab PCM 560 ii. Syrup Cough iii. Nasal drop iv. Zincovit 6. None of these medicines would be sufficient to effectively deal with low blood pressure of 90/50. Neither these medicines are found to be prescribed for heart diseases. Therefore, the medical certificate dated 02.06.2023, annexed as Annexure-B to this interlocutory application does not satisfy the Court to sustain the projection made in paragraph-4 of this interlocutory application that the applicant was suffering from chest pain. 7. Therefore, the Court does not find merit in this interlocutory application seeking extension of time to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Bongaigaon to take bail. 8.
