Case No. 76/ 2025. An unidentified dead body was recovered from the forest. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some unknown villagers had stated during investigation about the petitioner and another co-accused committing assault upon the deceased. It has been submitted that such disclosure appears to be a belated and vague assertion. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class, Latehar in connection with Barwadih P.S.
