Heard Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026. 3. The petitioners are alleged to have been involved in illegal cultivation of opium plants. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been implicated by the unknown villagers, spy as well as the chowkidar. It has further been submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 8. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
