By this petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-petitioner, namely, Mridul Ali @ Mudul, praying for grant of bail in Page No.# 2/3 connection with Teok P.S. Case No. 76/2026 u/s 108/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 29.07.2026. 4. The three accused persons were named in the FIR dated 28.07.2026 lodged by the husband of the deceased. The gist of the allegation is that during his absence in connection with work elsewhere, the petitioner was having a love relationship with his wife which subsequently led to a lot of distress upon her and eventually, she committed suicide. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been in custody for last 59 days vis-à-vis the applicable statutory period of 60 days. 6. The prosecution submits that in the meantime, the investigation is also completed and has resulted in a charge sheet vide C.S. No. 105/2026 dated 22.09.2026. 7. In view of length of the detention and completion of investigation, the petitioner can be granted bail at this stage subject to suitable condition(s). 8. Accordingly, the accused-petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail in connection with Teok P.S. Case No. 76/2026 u/s 108/3(5) of BNS, 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with one suitable surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned concerned court. 9. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) The accused person shall available for trial, if one commences; (b) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; Page No.# 3/3 and (c) That the petitioner shall not in any manner harm or harass or intimidate the informant or his family members; 10.
