The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He has given a representation to the respondents seeking for survey and sub divide the lands, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and seeking for issuance of separate patta in his name on 19.01.2026. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.
