The petitioner has requested the concerned authority for change of land use in respect of the property, which is the subject matter of the writ petition. As the same has not been considered so far, the present petition is filed with the following prayers: "(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22088 WP No. 5207 of 2026 respondent No.1 to 3 to pass appropriate orders, considering the application given by the petitioners dated 27.01.2025 at Annexure-C seeking change of land use relating to the land bearing Sy. No.172 to an extent of 1 acres 3 guntas of Kesthuru Village, Kasaba Hobli, Doddaballapura Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, belonging to her for commercial purpose, within a time frame; and (b) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 2. Learned HCGP appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents and appropriate orders will be passed, within a period of three months. 3.
