The present application has been filed seeking compliance with the order dated 26.10.2023 passed in Writ-C No. 36544 of 2023. Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said order read as follows: "5. In case, the petitioner moves an application under Section 67 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 before appropriate authority, the same shall be considered and decided after hearing all the concerned parties, in accordance with law. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of." Upon perusal of the same, no ground is made out to establish wilful disobedience of the order passed by the writ court.
