The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 35 of 2026 arising out of Jharia P.S. Case No. 292 of 2025. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have stabbed a person, which resulted in his death. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the only incriminating circumstance against the petitioner appears to be the recovery of a knife at the instance of the petitioner, which has been mentioned in the impugned order. However, the same is neither on record, for which he has referred to the evidence of the seizure list witnesses, who have not stated so. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2025. It has also been submitted that there are no eye witnesses to the incident. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:15879 2 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
