JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that his father Late Sri.Munipapa Reddy, S/o Munireddy was regularized and granted 4 acres of land in Sy.No. 111 of Ramasagara Village, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11472 WP No. 30408 of 2025 Attibele Hobli and Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru in the year 1978. Official memorandum was also issued by the Tahsildar on 10.05.1978, as seen at Annexure-B, in respect of 5 such grantees and the name of the petitioner's father is found at Sl.No.4. It is contented that the name of the petitioner's father was entered in the revenue records. However after computerization, in the year 1999-2000, the name of the petitioner's father is not continued in the RTC. Therefore the prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent - Tahsildar to continue the name of the petitioner's father in the revenue records, computerized RTC and thereafter consider transfer of khata in favour of the petitioner or the legal heirs of late Sri.Munipapa Reddy. 3. Consequently, this writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner and in the light of the observations made hereinabove, verify the original records in the presence of the petitioner and pass necessary orders to enter the name of Sri.Munipapa Reddy in the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11472 WP No. 30408 of 2025 computerized RTC and land revenue records as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the Tahsildar shall verify if the petitioner is the legal heir of Sri.Munipapa Reddy, issue notice, hear all concerned parties. Thereafter, if it is found out that the petitioner is the legal heir of Sri.Munipapa Reddy, the Tahsildar shall proceed to enter the names of the petitioner with all other legal heir as the case may be in accordance with law.
