Case No.50 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and some other accused persons were apprehended by the police with mobile phones and SIM Cards as they were suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint against this petitioner and further the petitioner has one criminal antecedent registered under Section 379 IPC in which he is already on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
