Case No. 189 of 2024 arising out of Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 281 of 2024. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice. Petitioner appears to be the husband of the deceased and the deceased had died at her matrimonial house and the cause of death was on account of strangulation. 4. Regard being had to the specific nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider his prayer for bail which stands rejected once again. 5.
