The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Airport P.S. Case No.29/2025. 3. The motorcycle of the informant was stolen by thieves. Though, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion but it appears that the petitioner has criminal antecedents with respect to similar nature of offence. 4. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected. 5. This application is rejected.
