That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records from the Respondent authorities for its perusal. 10.2. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/quash the impugned posting order dated 05.01.2026 (Annexure P-11) issued by the Respondent No,.03. 10.3. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to post the petitioner in present place of posting or any other Hostel in District Raipur, lying vacant including Hostel of Grade “C” and Grade “B” 10.4. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to decide the objection raised by the petitioner in respect of benefit of single woman as provided by the police and duly followed by respondent/Authorities of District and Division Level Committee. 10.5. Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially holding post of Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘D’. Vide order dated 10.6.2025 petitioner was promoted to the post of Hostel Superintendent Grade ‘C” and after counselling, she has been posted at Adivasi Kanya Ashram Sankra Block Nagri, District Dhamtari. He submits that petitioner is single lady and according to policy formulated by the State Government, in the counseling process for posting of promoted Hostel Superintendents, priority in place of posting is to be given to single lady. However, petitioner, who is a single lady, has not 3 been given such preference. Aggrieved with which, petitioner submitted objection/representation dated 3.9.2025 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.3, but till date no decision has been taken on it. Therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.5 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned State Counsel would submit that posting of petitioner along with other Hostel Superintendents Grade ‘C’ has been made in accordance with guidelines issued by the State Government in this regard, hence, no interference is required. He, however, submits that as petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 3.9.2025 for redressal of her grievance, the same will be decided, if already not decided, in accordance with law at the earliest. 4. Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents annexed along with writ petition. 5. Considering that petitioner has already submitted representation before competent authority for redressal of her grievance as raised in this writ petition, which is stated to be pending consideration, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 3.9.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously as observed above. 6. Petitioner will also be at liberty to submit fresh representation along with copy of this order before respondent No.3. If 4 petitioner submits such representation, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
