JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY For the Petitioner : Mr. Randhir Kumar, Advocate. For the Opposite Party : Spl.P.P. --- 02/29.05.2026 Heard Randhir Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 59 of 2026. It has been alleged that a hywa vehicle was incepted by the police and it was found loaded with 1000 cft. Stone chips. The stone chips were being transported without any valid document. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner the he has been implicated on the confession of the driver of the vehicle. It has been submitted that since the phone number of the petitioner was found in the mobile of the driver of the vehicle, the petitioner has been implicated. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. Learned Spl.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated on suspicion in the disclosure made by the driver of the seized vehicle, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S.
