Namgi, submits that during the pendency of the COP(C) No. 27/2026, the respondent No. 3, Shri. Arikumba, NCS, Deputy Commissioner, Noklak was transferred and the new incumbent Shri. P. Mono Khiamniungan, NCS, has taken over the charge as Deputy Commissioner, Noklak. Ms. Bichano Kithan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 and Ms. S. Chang, learned counsel for respondent No. 2. None appears for respondent Nos. 1 & 3. The prayer made in the instant application is not objected by the counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 4. The counsel for the petitioner prays for filing of amendment petition in the COP(C) No. 27/2026.
