Heard Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 335 of 2025. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant, a married woman, on the false pretext of marriage for about four years. This resulted in the informant being ousted from her matrimonial house. The petitioner had subsequently left the informant for another woman. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, despite being married, the informant had consented to the sexual overtures of the petitioner continuously for a period of four years. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S.
