The applicants filed this interlocutory application seeking amendment of the connected criminal petition No.40(AP)/2026 by marking annexures which was inadvertently left unmarked. Mr. A. Tatak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. D. Nair, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 6 has no objection to the prayer made by the applicants. Upon consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the fact that the respondent has no objection for amendment of the petition, the prayer for amendment in criminal petition No. 40(Ap)/2026 is allowed. Accordingly, the applicant/petitioner is permitted to marked the annexures in the paragraphs 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the connected criminal petition.
