GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularlyone in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in failing to register FIR on the complaint/representation submitted by the petitioner with respect to the incident dated 13.04.2026 involving illegal demolition, forcible dispossession, removal of electricity service connection, assault, criminal intimidation and threats to life by the official respondents and private persons, despite this HonTole court order W.P. No 25023 of 2024 on 04.11.2024 and W.P. No.4090 of 2026. On. 12.02.2026, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 to register an FIR forthwith on the petitioner complaint against all persons responsible, including the concerned officials complaint/representation to conduct fair, impartial and time- bound investigation by a responsible officer not below such rank as this HonUle Court deems fit further directed to take action in accordance with law against all persons found involved in the incident includes to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and liberty and to pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case…” 2. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Ms. Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the complaint of the Petitioner was submitted to Respondent No.3, but no FIR was registered and no investigation was carried out. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the complaint filed in the Writ Petition is different from the complaint which the Petitioner had sent by Registered Post. 3 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioner is directed to personally approach the concerned Police Station and submit the complaint dated 13.04.2026 to the Station House Officer. Upon such submission, Respondent No.3 shall act in accordance with law on the complaint submitted by the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall submit the complaint within one (01) week from the date of receipt of this order, and Respondent No.3 shall take appropriate action within one (01) week thereafter, without fail. 6.
