The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 237 of 2023. It has been alleged that the brother of the informant was shot dead by the petitioner and other accused persons. The allegations appear to be general and omnibus in nature and several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 2566 of 2024, A.B.A. No. 2413 of 2024, B.A. No. 4813 of 2024 and B.A. No. 5014 of 2024. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
