appropriate to call for a Status Report from the Registry indicating the filing and re-filing details of the present Petition.
4. The filing details as discernible in the Status Report indicate that the present Petition was filed on 08.07.2026, with the first re- filing having been effected on 14.07.2026 and thereafter on multiple dates. Thus, the objection raised on behalf of the Respondents that the present Petition was filed only after the judgment dated 20.07.2026 does not appear to be borne out from the record.

6. In view of the aforesaid and considering the judgment dated 20.07.2026 passed by this Court in RC.REV. 228/2026, the present Petition is allowed in terms thereof.
7. Accordingly, the matter is remanded to the learned ARC for
consideration in accordance with law.
8. The parties shall appear before the learned ARC on 31.08.2026.
