Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.) in accordance with law forthwith. 10.3 That, any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit may kindly be granted.”
2.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner who is holding post of Teacher (LB) and posted in block Wadrafnagar was appointed as in- charge Divisional Coordinator. Vide Annexure P-1 dated 19.12.2025, without assigning any reason he was removed from the said work ie., in-charge Divisional Coordinator and has been posted at initial place of posting at Govt. Girls Middle School, Wadrafnagar. He contended that Respondent No. 4 had thereafter posted Respondent No. 6 on the said post and therefore order Annexure P-1 is per se arbitrary and illegal. Petitioner aggrieved with the
order passed by the authority has submitted representation Annexure P-1 on 24.12.2025 which is pending consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation within specific time frame.
3. Learned State counsel submits that according to his instruction, the employees of the Tribal Department are only to be appointed as Mandal Sanyojak (Divisional Coordinator) and therefore impugned order is passed. He further submits that as the petitioner is making a prayer for taking decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, he is having no objection. If representation of petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law.
4. On due consideration of the submission made by leaned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, without entering into merits of writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a
3 / 3 direction to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner dated 24.12.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) pwn
