The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and mobiles and SIM cards were recovered from their possession. They were suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2026 and he has a criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence. Learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically remain present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial.
