The allegation against the petitioner appears to be general and omnibus in nature and he is in custody since 22.12.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in connection with Sessions Trial Case No 442 of 2023 arising out of Simariya P.S.
