Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2 submit that order passed by this Court has been complied with. Pursuant to order passed in writ petition, petitioner herein was issued notice. He was granted opportunity of hearing. Petitioner appeared before the authority, made his oral submission. However, no written submission has been made and thereafter order dated 19.11.2025 is passed. Copy of order is filed as Annexure A-3 along with reply of respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reply is served upon him yesterday.
3. In the aforementioned facts of case, in particular considering para-1 of the order dated 19.11.2025 (Annexure A-3) filed with reply of respondent No.2, wherein authority have mentioned that pursuant to notice, petitioner appeared, made his oral submission and thereafter
order is passed, I do not find any good ground to continue with this contempt petition any further.
4. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped. Notice issued to respondents stand discharged.
