Considering the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the interlocutory applications in the Title Suit within a period of 2(two) months from the date of communication of this order and also make 2 all endeavour to dispose of the suit, which is the suit for injunction expeditiously preferably within 6(Six) months from the date of this order. 4.
