The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2025. 3. The father of the informant was assaulted by some miscreants with lathi and danda, and when some other persons came to his rescue, they were also subjected to assault. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that a case was earlier lodged by the uncle of the petitioner against the informant party being Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2025. It has been submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts; I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:15399 2 7. Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. 8. This Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed.
