By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 1025/2024, dated 23.12.2024, registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy, District Outer North, Delhi, under Section 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that although charges have been framed, the minor victims are yet to be examined. 3. After some arguments, Mr. Parveen Dabas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application at this stage, without prejudice to the petitioner’s right to approach the Trial Court at This is a digitally signed order.
