Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Ch. The facts in this case would indicate that the Writ Petitioner is alleging the interference in the enjoyment of her properties concerned. The Writ Petitioner apprehended that she may be deprived of her properties without following due process of law. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to an Order dated 06.02.2026 passed in W.P.No.27736 of 2025, wherein this Court had directed the Respondents to follow due process of law. 4. This Court, having perused the Order dated 06.02.2026 in W.P.No.27736 of 2025, deems it appropriate to dispose of the present Writ Petition in terms of the Order passed by this Court on 06.02.2026. 3 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 06.02.2026 in W.P.No.27736 of 2025, at the admission stage, without going into the merits of case, directing the Respondents to follow due process of law including the initiation of proceedings for acquiring the land whenever the Municipal Corporation seeks widening of the road.
