Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026. The petitioner and other accused were apprehended by the police and mobile, sims and other incriminating articles were recovered from their possession. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile and one sim card were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge a complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2026 and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned PP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, 2026:JHHC:15581 p. 2 Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner, This application stands allowed.
