The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobile phone and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in Cyber Crime. Submissions has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime Court Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
