The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.11 of 2026.
It has been alleged that a dacoity was committed in the Plant of Dayal Steel and various articles including cash were looted.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused-Mukesh Kasera to the effect that the petitioner had agreed to purchase the stolen articles.
