The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kharsawan P.S. Case No. 75/2025. It has been alleged that the parents of the informant had gone missing and suspicion was cast upon the accused persons with whom his parents had a dispute. Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the co-accused person has been granted bail in B.A. No. 3972 of 2026 and the petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion, but a perusal of impugned order reveals that on the confession of the accused persons including the petitioner, the dead body of the parents of the informant were recovered by the police. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected at this stage. This application stands rejected. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
