S.No.122 Supp. Cause List IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C)/1315/2026 CM/3531/2026 M/S ZAIN FILLING STATION RAJPORA TH.ITS PROP …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s). Through: Mr. Mudasir Bin Hassan, Advocate Vs. UNION OF INDIA (MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS) AND OTHERS ...Respondent(s). Through: Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, Dy. AG CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 06.06.2026 1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the maintainability of the present petition, which has been preferred against a show-cause notice, fairly submitted that he seeks to withdraw the writ petition, as no cause of action has accrued to the petitioner as on date. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission and considering that no cause of action has accrued at this stage, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, being premature. 3. It is, however, made clear that the dismissal of the present writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from availing remedy as may be available in law as and when a cause of action accrues. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 06-06-2026 Mubashir
