Order No. 02/ Dated: 26th May, 2026
1. Heard Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sisai P.S.
Case No. 137 of 2025.
3. It has been alleged that the trucks of the informant and another person
were stopped by some miscreants who drove away those trucks. The truck of
the informant which had a GPS facility was recovered, but the amount of Rs.
8,00,000/- (eight lakhs) kept under the driver’s seat was found missing.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the
petitioner is an ad hoc teacher in a Government school.
5. It has been submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on the
confession of co-accused Anand Kumar Ravidas. The petitioner does not have
any criminal antecedent and in fact, one of the accused persons did not even
take the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
petitioner and has submitted that the CDR reveals that the petitioner was in
constant touch with the other accused persons.
7. It, therefore, appears that save and except the CDR and the confessional statement of Anand Kumar Ravidas, there is no other material

Case No. 137 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
9. This application stands allowed.
