This is an application seeking stay of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 145/2024 which is impugned in the accompanying Appeal. 2. Taking into account that we have admitted the accompanying Appeal and further that we are prima facie of the opinion that the impugned order may require interference, we deem it appropriate to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 21.01.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 145/2024 during the pendency of the accompanying Appeal. Page No.# 3/3 3. Accordingly, the operation of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 145/2024 shall remain stayed during the pendency of the accompanying Appeal. 4.
