The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: 2 “10.1. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to relieve the petitioner in accordance with the order of transfer dated 30.09.2022(AnnexureP-1). 10.3. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to further direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to join at his new place of posting in accordance with order dated 30.09.2022. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 30.09.2022 (AnnexureP/1) passed by the respondent, the petitioner who was working as Agricultural Development Officer in the Office of Senior Agricultural Development Officer, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanunjganj was transferred to Office of Senior Agricultural Development Officer, Pratappur, District Pratappur on his own expenses. It appears that in compliance of the order dated 30.09.2022 (AnnexureP/1), the petitioner was not relieved thus, this writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to relieve the petitioner. 3. Mr. Sadangi, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the respondent/State submits that vide order dated 14.02.2023, the petitioner has been relieved in compliance of the order dated 30.09.2022 (AnnexureP/1). Copy of that order is placed on record. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication, thus, this writ petition is disposed of.
