Heard Mr. Sudhir Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024. 3. The elder brother of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons and when the daughter of the informant and sister-in-law of the informant tried to save him, they were also subjected to assault. On raising an alarm, two of the miscreants were nabbed by the villagers. 4. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2025 and several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 3790 of 2025 and B.A. No. 8102 of 2025 and B.A. No. 9844 of 2025. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S.
