The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 489 of 2025 arising out of Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 222 of 2025. It has been alleged that 2 miscreants were apprehended by the police with a stolen motor-cycle. From one of the co-accused one loaded countrymade pistol and from another accused 2 cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the apprehended accused persons were granted bail by the learned trial court. He has further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2025. The petitioner was found to be acting as a conduit. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Dhanbad in connection with S.
