The present Petition, filed under Section 25(B)(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks to set aside the Order and Judgment dated 23.02.2026, passed by the Court of learned Additional Rent Controller, Tis Hazari Courts (West), Delhi, in RC/ARC/31/2025, titled as “Sh. Sandeep Mahajan v. Sh. Ali Mehndi Naqvi & Anr.”. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, on instructions, submit that the Petitioners may be permitted to occupy the subject premises for a further period of five (05) months from today. They also agree that the matter may, consequently be disposed of in view of the agreed arrangement. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners shall file an undertaking to the aforesaid effect within a period of two (02) weeks from today. It is further submitted that the Petitioners shall continue to occupy the subject premises at the existing rent to the Respondent, which is stated to have already been paid. The Petitioners shall also, by way of the aforesaid undertaking, undertake that they shall not alienate, encumber or create any third- party rights in respect of the subject premises in any manner whatsoever during the aforesaid period. 6.
