1. Heard Mr.Shivendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/State.

“It is, therefore, prayed that the FIR & Final report lodged against the Applicant namely Mohammad Javed Khan at Police Station Marwahi, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, C.G, bearing FIR No. 125/2025, for the offence under 4, 6, 10 of the C.G Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 & Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act of 1960 and Section 61(2), 112 of the BNS, the order of cognizance dated 26/9/2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class in Criminal Case No.959/2025 (C.G State VS Manrakhan Singh Gond & Ors.) and the warrant of arrest dated 20/11/2025 issued against the Applicant, may kindly be set- aside/quashed.”
3. On a repeated query being made from learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the ground on which he has sought for quashment of the FIR and criminal proceedings, he failed to disclose the same.
