PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners herein, to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 75 of 2019, dated 29.03.2019 of Ananthapur IV Town Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of IPC against the Petitioners herein. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent/ State. It is submitted by them that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, both parties have entered into compromise before the District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu on 11.12.2021 and an Award was passed on that day recording the compromise, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Criminal Petition, and the same has become in fructuous. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
