The petitioner is directed to co-operate fully with the ongoing investigation of the case. 04. Investigating Officer (I.O.) of FIR No. 0021 of 2023 shall be well within his right to impose any additional term and condition related to the petitioner in terms of attending the investigation and any breach thereof on the part of the petitioner shall render him to suffer cancellation of the indulgence hereby granted by this Court in making the interim pre-arrest bail absolute. 05.
