Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Pradhan, learned ASC for the State. 2. The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Tahasildar to cause enquiry and refer the matter to the Sub-Divisional Officer for taking final decision on settlement of land in question in favour of the Petitioner. 3. As seen from record, encroachment proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner and form ‘Ka’ has been issued asking the Petitioner to submit his show-cause reply. But it is nowhere said in the writ petition regarding submission of show-cause reply by the Petitioner pursuant to notice issued under Annexure-1. 4. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner in course of hearing submits that the Petitioner has not filed her show-cause reply before the Tahasildar.
