For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.57 of 2026. The petitioner and others were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobile and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no victim had come forward to lodge any complaint. The learned counsel also submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.04.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.57 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
