Item No. 117 02.01.2026 Court. No. 6 GB C.O. 4223 of 2025 Nanigopal Mondal Vs. SMGF India Home Finance Co. Ltd. & Anr. Mr. Sarbananda Sanyal, Ms. Poulami Chakraborty … for the Petitioner. 1. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated November 21, 2025, passed by the learned ACJM, Alipore, District - South 24 Parganans in Misc. Case No.400 of 2025. By the said order, an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 was allowed. 2. It is contended by Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate for the petitioner that the application was allowed ex parte and no notice under Section 13(2) of the said Act was served. 3. In my view, the order impugned is an appealable order. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum with his grievances. In view of the alternative efficacious remedy, the question of interference with the order impugned does not arise. 4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. 5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
