1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of lodging complaint dated 7th March, 2026 before the concerned police authority, FIR is not lodged.
3. Mr. Rajarshi Basu, learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed one communication dated 23rd March, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Rajabagan Police Station, Kolkata and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 23rd March, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.
4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 23rd March, 2026 that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner criminal prosecution being Rajabagan P.S. Case No.24 dated 17th March, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS is registered.

5. In view of the facts disclosed in the communication dated 23rd March, 2026, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Therefore, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
